A bundel of wheat reaching for the sky
The gold of northern Idaho. I remember growing up in Moscow, which is surrounded by wheat fields, that smell of wheat being harvested. I use to run on the Cross-country team and our practices were generally out to Robinson Park on roads that lead through the wheat fields. Those were the good old days.
This wheat was taken near Steptoe butte in Washington state. There was harvesting going on all around me. It was only a matter of time before this clump was harvested too. A little more time, it will be bread on our table.
