Truck in the Desert with Owyhee Mountains
You just never know what you are going to find when you head into the desert. I was chugging down a dirt road in my truck looking for a good a vista of the Owyhee Mountain range when out of the corner of my eye about a half mile off the dirt road I saw what I thought was a rusted old truck. Problem was it was in a fenced area filled with cows. I finally was able to walk up to the truck. There was a stubborn calf in front of the truck, so I chased him off, turns out that mamma did not like that too much, so she tried to chase me off. I stood my ground though and she finally resorted to just keeping an eye on me. I think it was worth it.
I used a long lens to help give the Owyhee's more of a significance. I also focus stacked, but only 2 images to get the image as sharp as possible, foreground and background.
