Hiroshima Castle and reflection
This is the Castle in Hiroshima Japan. It is located on the delta of the Otagawa river, but it looks like it is on an island. Very cool place. I was taken by the stone wall and water surrounding it like a moat. I used a polarizer filter to control the amount of reflection in the water as well as the depth of blue in the sly. I also spent some time walking all the way around this castle to try and minimize the modern buildings in the background. We may see the reflection in the water of one modern building, almost 100% successful. One other element was the sun, I found that shadows were too harsh in the direct sun light, so I waited for a cloud to diffuse the light somewhat which gave nice even lighting.
