Clouds with motion blur over train tracks and depot

I had been watching the weather hoping the conditions would be good for this show. I needed puffy clouds with plenty of space between them. I also needed a stiff wind to push the clouds. I also needed a little of sunshine. So I headed off to the Boise Train Depot for lunch yesterday. It was sure cold, and the wind did not help my comfort. I put a 10 stop neutral density filter over my lens to get my exposure up to 90 seconds. Mountain my camera on a tripod is necessary for this kind of shot. I took many shots, this one was my favorite. It really shows the motion of the clouds, if I only had a train parked on the tracks. Maybe next time.
